A luna moth spreads her wings across the round nook of this mug, ringed in a fine circle of gold, like she’s resting in the glow of the moon. This mug is glazed in aqua with pink microcrystals that bloom and shimmer, then flow down into a deep blue-black, as if night has just settled in. On the back, a golden crescent moon hangs in the dark, and golden stars flicker around the mug as you turn it.

For those who find their calm after dark.

Mug holds around 16 oz of your favorite beverage. Measures 3.25” wide at mouth and 4.25” tall. Luna moth measures approximately 2” wide and 2.5” tall from antennae to wing tip. Each piece is handmade, making each unique and one of a kind. Bottom has maker’s stamp and individual piece number 030-26. Moon, stars, and ring around Luna Moth nook are 22k gold.

**Every so often, a piece takes a slightly different path than I intended. I'm offering it at a reduced price for someone who will love it all the same. This piece has a small repaired area on the exterior, where the left side of where the wing connects to the body (filled with Apoxie Sculpt, a waterproof epoxy). The repair is subtle. It is fully functional and does not impact the durability.

All glazes are lead free and food safe. Hand-washing recommended. Do not microwave.
