Creamy white mushrooms sprout from the forest floor and moss spreads across the foot of this verdant teacup. The glaze is lush and iridescent, flowing down the curves of the cup with microcrystals that dance like specks drifting through shafts of sunlight.

Near the base, a tiny mouse hold invites a closer look. Lift the cup and see who’s made this saucer its home: a mouse, pink ears tucked back, gazing up a your with sweet, innocent eyes, as if he’s been waiting all morning for crumbs from your morning muffin. Turn the cup over and the bottom has its own surprise, bright red, shiny ladybugs crawling through the matte green moss.

For those who always look in forest hideaways to see who’s home.

Teacup measures 3.5” tall and 3.5” wide at mouth. Holds approximately 10 oz. Each piece is handmade, making each unique and one of a kind. Bottom has maker’s stamp and individual piece number 014-26.

**Every so often, a piece takes a slightly different path than I intended. I'm offering it at a reduced price for someone who will love it all the same. This piece has a very small repaired area on the mouse’s tail (filled with Apoxie Sculpt, a waterproof epoxy). The repair is subtle.

All glazes are lead free and food safe. Hand-washing recommended. Teacup is microwave safe. Do not microwave saucer.
